I always hated English class. All those direct objects, grammar rules, and don’t even get me started on spelling. Essays were torture for me—you could say I had writers block that lasted a few years. Plus, I was always better at math and science, which were actually interesting to me.
At this point, you are probably beyond confused why someone so opposed to writing has a blog. The short answer is my passion for nutrition and wellness. The long answer is that my desire to connect with people and educate them about how to care for their bodies has actually turned writing into a fun and enjoyable task. After writing blogs for an internship, I decided that I wanted to write without any restrictions, which led to the creation of “Skinny on Nutrition”.
As a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences, I am bursting at the seams with exciting techniques and tips to keep you healthy. Through this blog I hope to inspire my readers to make their diet and health a top priority in their lives.
